We know your signers are busy. They’re juggling meetings, deadlines, and distractions. So when it comes time to sign a contract, even a single extra click, slow-loading screen, or confusing step can become friction. And in the world of contracts, friction kills conversions.

That’s why every week, we’re pushing improvements—big and small—that remove roadblocks and help your contracts get signed faster. This week, we’re excited to share two updates designed to make the experience even better.

✅ What's New This Week

1️. A Smarter, Smoother Signing Flow

Previously, when a signer clicked on a ROGER contract, they were taken to a review screen first—before moving on to the actual signing step. While this setup worked, it added unnecessary load time and introduced a small speed bump right before the finish line.

Now, we’ve completely reworked that experience.

The review and signing steps have been combined into a single, seamless flow.

That means:

• Faster load times

• Fewer clicks and screens to navigate

• A more intuitive experience for signers

• Less cognitive load and hesitation before completing the contract

Instead of forcing users to hop between multiple pages, they can now scroll through the document, review everything, and sign—all in one place. It feels smoother, simpler, and just more natural. And when things feel easier, people are more likely to complete the process.

This one change can lead to real impact on your bottom line. The easier it is to sign, the more contracts get signed—and the faster you can move forward.

2️. SVG Image Support

We’re also adding more flexibility on the design side of things. You can now upload .SVG files into ROGER contracts, alongside other supported image formats like .JPG, .PNG, and .GIF.

Why SVG?

• They’re scalable, so they look crisp on every screen size and resolution.

• They keep file sizes small without losing quality.

• They’re great for logos, icons, and other clean design elements that need to stay sharp and professional.

Whether you're using visuals to reinforce your brand, provide product visuals, or simply make your contract layout more engaging, SVGs give you another powerful tool in your design toolkit.

This feature may be small, but it’s another example of how ROGER supports both form and function. Your contracts should look great and work even better.
