Viewer Management Pt 2

Thank you for all of the feedback on last week's feature - adding viewers. Because of the huge response, we spent this week making it even easier to manage who can "look but not touch" your contracts.

With our latest update, you can now edit the list of Viewers directly from the details panel in your dashboard. No more jumping through hoops - just quick, seamless access management.

What’s New?

• Easier Viewer Management - Add, remove, or update Viewers right from the contract’s details panel.

• Stay in the Loop - Viewers are CC’d when the contract is sent and receive signature notification emails, so they’re always updated.

Whether you're working with legal, finance, or leadership teams who only need visibility (not editing rights), this feature helps you keep everyone informed without risking accidental changes. It’s a cleaner, smarter way to share contracts with the right people.

How to Use It

• Click on a contract from the details

• Click on "Manage"

• Click on "Manage contract viewers"

• Add your viewers!
